The trainer here has developed special golf fitness programmes to keep the golfers in top playing condition.

The state- of-the-art equipment at the gym includes treadmills, cross trainers, life cycles, smith machine, dip and chin assist, lay-down, chest press, pectoral fly, shoulder press, leg press, arm curl, abdominal exercise board among others.

Swimming pool
Water enthusiasts have two pools to choose from in the resort, a multi-level outdoor pool or an all weather indoor pool. Calm setting and eloquently landscaped greens surround our outdoor pool. The pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim or simply unwind while sipping a cool drink by the poolside under the colorful umbrellas. You can even order for your fresh juices or exotic cocktails without having to leave the pool. Hour drifts away as you revitalize your inner self.

Giving you an option of swimming all round the year is our all-weather temperature controlled indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Dive into the pool and set your own pace or join in aqua aerobics with fitness experts teaching you exercises to soothe your sore muscles and ease the tension.

The pools are well manned by lifeguards and complete pool staff attendants are available to provide complimentary towels and lounge chairs.

Steam And Sauna
What better way to finish your workout than our spacious relaxing sauna and steam bath session? In our sauna room, you can relax and improve circulation in our wood-lined, dry heat room. Moist heat in our steam room will cleanse your pores and soften your skin, while soothing aching muscles and moistening the upper respiratory tract. Finally, jets of warm water will massage your body in a stimulating whirlpool

Tennis Court
Tucked away in a quiet serene setting, our tennis center boasts of two tennis courts – a grass court and a non-cushioned synthetic court. Each tennis court has been built on standard international specifications of 120 ft by 60 ft with the total play area of 78 ft by 36 ft.

Always immaculately maintained, Dube grass has been used on the tennis grass court while acrylic based with rubber coating material has been used for the non-cushioned synthetic tennis court. The non-synthetic tennis court allows you to play at night, as floodlit facility is available on it.

Our golf resort offers a place to have fun… a place to run, climb, jump, imagine and explore to the fullest. We have swing, slide, see-saw, skating ring, labyrinthine to enjoy. Other activities for children include fishing, bicycling, kid's room and host of indoor activities.

For Out Door Badminton, Mini basket ball and Volleyball please collect rackets and balls from The Spa Reception.
